Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our products ship from partner warehouses in North America and other regions, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages
